What is Stoopid?+
Stoopid is a social entertainment app where you watch short, funny videos and swipe to vote on them. The community decides what content goes viral. Think TikTok energy meets game-night competition.
Is Stoopid free?+
100% free. No ads, no subscriptions, no paywalls, no in-app purchases. Just pure, unfiltered fun.
How do I vote on videos?+
Swipe right to vote a video as 'Stoopid' (meaning it's hilariously dumb in the best way). Swipe left to pass. You can also use the on-screen voting buttons.
What are Daily Challenges?+
Every day, Stoopid drops a new challenge theme. Submit a video that fits the theme, and let the community vote. Winners get featured in the Hall of Fame and earn bragging rights on the leaderboard.
How do I submit a video?+
Paste a link from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook. Or upload your own video directly. All submissions go through content moderation before appearing in the feed.
What's the XP system?+
Every action earns XP: 1 per vote, 10 per upload, 3 per share. Your level = total XP / 100. Complete daily quests for bonus XP and build your reputation.
What are Streaks?+
Vote every day to build your streak counter. Miss a day? Use a streak freeze (earned by completing quests) to protect it. Streaks are bragging rights.
What are Supervotes?+
Supervotes count as double-weight votes. You get 3 per day. Save them for the content you feel strongest about.
How does content moderation work?+
Every submission runs through a two-stage AI moderation pipeline. Text is scanned for inappropriate content, personal information, and policy violations. Flagged content gets reviewed before going live.
How do I report content?+
Tap the three-dot menu on any video and select 'Report.' Pick the reason. Reports from multiple users automatically flag content for review.
Can I block users?+
Yes. Block from their profile, the feed overflow menu, or through the report flow. Their content disappears from your feed instantly.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings > scroll down > Delete Account > type 'delete' to confirm. Your data gets anonymized and local data cleared. This is permanent.
What's the Hall of Fame?+
The Hall of Fame showcases daily challenge winners with the winning video, honorable mentions, and leaderboard rankings for most-voted and most-wins creators.
Do I need an account?+
You can browse and vote without one. Create an account to submit videos, follow creators, build your profile, and track your stats across devices.
Where is Stoopid available?+
Stoopid works on any device with a browser as a Progressive Web App. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
